GEORGE TOWN, March 20 — Business events industry in Penang has raked in an estimated economic impact (EEI) valued at about RM1.3 billion last year, announced Penang Convention and Exhibition Bureau (PCEB).

THE Penang Convention and Exhibition Bureau (PCEB) and the state Tourism office are stepping up efforts to draw more Indian tourists to Penang. Named Vision Insight, the system was initiated and developed by PCEB. Data collected will be analysed by PCEB for its annual Business Events industry review.
