The newly formed Penang Convention And Exhibition Bureau (PCEB) has laid out its two-year plan for 2017 and 2018 in a bid to attract more business events to the state. Its CEO, Ashwin Gunasekeran, shared that PCEB will continue to use its three-year brand campaign, Experiences Unfiltered, that was conceptualised in 2016.
